Bone X ten.6 - terminal FileZilla Client version supported?
Hi,
I searched everywhere simply I can't notice the answer to this question:
What is the final version of FZ Client that supports Mac Os X 10.6 Codename "Snow Leopard"?
The latest stable version of FileZilla Client is 3.9.0.v and says: "Requires OS X 10.vii or newer" :-(

When upgrading to LION or MAVERICKS or whatever they will call information technology tomorrow is NOT a possibility because of application restrictions where company applications, whether written in house or not, will not run on King of beasts or to a higher place, what options do y'all accept for a FTP client?
You want to stay with FileZilla, merely the option of getting access to an older client is non available, and so the only option is to go elsewhere.
I do non know the answer to the original question and the answer provided was not helpful. Does anyone have whatever help that they can provide to fix our troubles?

I have an one-time computer running Snow Leopard. It can not upgrade to a newer Bone. I can non afford to purchase a new CPU right now.
What is the nearly stable version of FileZilla which volition run on Os 10.6.viii?

Accept the link I posted two posts above and cheque for yourself, I don't have a Mac (and volition never). Since the OP talked about 3.9.0.5 not working, start at 3.ix.0.4 backwards.

Yes, I could try dozens builds to find one that works, just my question was, does someone know which version was a good one for Snow Leopard? I do not expect anyone to try these out for me, only I imagine it is likely that someone who worked on this projection would know that build such and such was a solid build.

If you want to run the Filezilla on Mac Bone X 10.6 (Snowfall Leopard), you can effort the Filezilla v3.2.seven.ane.

Many thanks! That was exactly the help I was looking for. 
I followed your link, and clicked on the link that should have started the download. I got a message thanking me for downloading the file, just nothing actually downloaded. 
Am I doing something wrong?

On that file list folio, click the "Directly Download Link: Off" so information technology says ":On". Then try again.

Subsequently installing Filezilla v3.two.vii.one on MacOS X 10.6.viii, Filezilla itself offered to upgrade to v3.8.ane simply no farther, which seems to work fine for me.

I merely wanted to report that I've been using v3.2.7.one for months now and it has been working perfectly for my (admittedly modest) needs.

Yous must upgrade to the near recent version. There are known security vulnerabilities in this old version of yours.
